The best part about this project is its location in Pune south. I can go to my officequickly through Mohammadwadi road, near the Metro Station. Connectivity is takencare of with many schools, businesses, and hospitals closed.

The home design is fantastic, and I adore the lawns, open areas, trees, gardens,terraces, and everything else. Its general appearance and appeal are quiteEuropean (Spanish, as the developers say). In my perspective, value for moneyincludes the location and facilities.

I desired a project with excellent facilities and less traffic. K Raheja Vistas Premiere appears to offer it, and I value amenities such as the coffee shop, swimming pool,clubhouse, gym, salon, sports facilities, and, most importantly, power backup. Inside,the fit and quality are excellent. I'm pleased with the project, as are my wife andchildren.
