Taloja Midc, Navi mumbai

I am a resident of Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai, and the metro station is just near our building. There are fancy restaurants and many food stalls in the locality of Taloja. There is also a subway near my home but the auto fair is a bit expensive here. The local train is also far from this locality and one has to travel to Kharghar for local trains.

I am a former resident of Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai and I liked living here since all the facilities were nearby. There was 24*7 CCTV monitoring for which the locality felt very secure. The issue of power cuts is very rare in this locality and we had access to clean water. Overall, this place was hygienic and neat and good to reside in. The MGM hospital was very close to the locality.

I am a college student and a resident of Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai, and my college is only 10 minutes away from my home. Some many banks and schools are within a walkable distance of the neighborhood. The metro station is also close to my home. There are many shopping malls in the locality and restaurants are found in abundance. The issue of water shortage can bother you in summer.

Taloja is not only a good place for residential purposes but it is also very good for warehousing since it is undergoing social infrastructural development at a fast rate. It is not very far from the metropolitan city of Mumbai and only 10 kilometers away from Kharghar. The proposed metro station and the new airport are nearby. All the basic amenities such as healthcare services, education, entertainment, recreation, and shopping are found in its vicinity.

I am a permanent resident of Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai and I have been living here with my family for several years. This is a good locality for residential purposes and offers all the basic amenities. Groceries are in close proximity. The crowded streets are well lit. This locality is developing at a rather fast pace and public transport services have improved over the years. Private cabs like Uber and Ola are readily available.
