Global Infocity Park has been my choice of apartment because it has been developed by trusted builders, and offers excellent interiors and modern amenities. One of Chennai most well-known developers, Shapoorji Pallonji, created the reasonably priced Global Infocity Park project. Situated in Ambedkar Nagar, Perungudi, it is in close proximity to important thoroughfares such as the Rajiv Gandhi IT Expressway. The project is in a ready-to-move state. Overall, I am very satisfied with this project.

Recently, I rented an apartment in Global Infocity Park, and I cannot be happier. It has a set of important amenities to fulfill the needs of the residents. For our convenience, the building has included a power backup and therefore, we have never experienced power cuts. There is a restaurant inside the building itself, and we are also supported by 24*7 water supply. A lift is also there. Overall, we are very happy.

The locality has access to several educational facilities, including SRM Easwari Engineering College,, Rabindra Bharati Global School. Among the medical facilities in and surrounding Manapakkam are MIOT International, Kedar Hospital, St. Thomas Hospital, Sri Balaji Hospital, Arokya Hospital, and K.M. Specialty Hospital. A few commercial centres, Chandra Metro Mall, Forum Vijaya Mall, and Phoenix Marketcity.

My apartment in Global Infocity Park is something I was looking for when I first came to Chennai for the purpose of work. Not only does it have excellent interiors and spacious rooms, it also comes with a range of useful amenities. It offers all the amenities one could want, such as a cafeteria/food court, elevator, power backup, central air conditioning, reserved parking, and visitor parking, is a great place for a modern lifestyle.

For those who want to avoid the traffic and pollution of the city, the quiet and serene neighbourhood is their first choice. I think moving here, I feel safe because of well-lit streets and regular police patrolling in the area.

Global Infocity Park provides everything that a resident needs, and it is located close to important amenities such as ATMs, banks, markets, clinics, medical facilities, hospitals, grocery stores, and everything within walking distance from the building. The Pazhavanthangal Railway Station is located 6 km away and is accessible via NH45 and SH55. Chennai International Airport is about 11 km away by SH55 and NH45. This makes commuting easy for the residents living here.

Global Infocity Park particularly grabbed my attention because it is in proximity to several important employment hubs. Internationally renowned businesses like HP, L&T, IBM, and CTS are based in the area. The closest tech parks to Manapakkam are Commerzone (2 km), Olympia Technology Park (4 km), Tamarai Tech Park (3 km), and Bascon Futura SV IT Park (9 km). Taramani is 14 km away via the Inner Ring Road, whereas Manapakkam is superbly connected.

Global Infocity Park is located in a very strategic location. However, traffic congestion is a major issue during the peak hours, and this becomes a problem when we have to commute to work on a daily basis. Besides, I am satisfied knowing that the project is close to important facilities and there is no shortage of schools and hospitals nearby. Nilgiris, Chandra Metro Mall and Forum Vijaya Mall are some of the shopping centres nearby.

The reason for buying an apartment in Global Infocity Park is that it is built by trusted developers, ensuring excellent construction quality. The neighbourhood is serene and peaceful, with friendly neighbours. I have no complaints regarding the conditions of the streets. Even my family is very happy living here, and all their needs are fulfilled with the availability of important amenities. The area is also clean and green and maintained by the authorities effectively.
