As of July 2021, construction updates for Raheja Maheshwara include Tower A with 9th-floor shear walls and column casting in progress, Tower B with 6th-floor steel binding and formwork of shear walls in progress, and Tower C with 8th-floor slab beam casting in progress.

Homebuyers of a Raheja Developers housing project protested outside the company's office in Gurugram due to delayed deliveries, demanding handover of homes or refunds, alleging that buyers of the Raheja Revanta Project in Sector 78 have been waiting for five years. Buyers claimed that despite paying 90% of the flat cost, they were being misled.

The enforcement wing cited non-renewal of license and unpaid external development charges.
