The short distance to the Chembur Railway Station and Dr. Ambedkar Udyan bus station is Adityaraj Springs' USP; its proximity to necessary amenities is its major benefit. A Normal Park and Central Green are housed within the project's perimeter. Medical services are quite near; Hegde Hospital and Sai Kripa Children's Hospital are right here. One felt sure in the investment since this project was committed to quality building and fast access to transport hubs. The absence of clearly marked bike lanes that are readily accessible throughout the neighbourhood is two necessary upgrades. Furthermore constrained in this region is the accessibility of excellent, contemporary public libraries.
