First things first, the Ashford Royale is totally a luxury development. It givesyou good value for your money, sure, but if you’re looking for the cheapestplace, this definitely isn’t it. With that said, though, if you have something of abudget, I’d ABSOLUTELY recommend the Ashford Royale to anybody whowants a quiet, peaceful life.

It’s located in a posh neighborhood of the Bhandup East area, and you can’thear the traffic outside at all given the large 7 acres the ground is spread over.Most of that area is open greens too, so it isn’t as cramped as someapartments feel.

It’s located only 0.15KM away from Goregaon Mulund Link road too. I was notkidding when I said it gives you value for your money. The cheapest 2BHKoption gives you a 1475 sq. ft. apartment which is the size of a lot of 3BHKplaces in other developments.

There’s a party hall on the grounds where a lot of my neighbors often throwparties and bring delicious food. Sports facilities are included as well. There’sa gym on the grounds along with a swimming pool and tennis and badmintoncourts. I prefer the open air yoga area which is cleaned every day.
