Navi Mumbai Gears Up for Major Infrastructure Push with ₹16,250 Crore Budget

CIDCO has unveiled an ambitious ₹16,250 crore budget for FY27, signaling a significant infrastructure expansion centered around the Navi Mumbai International Airport. The plan includes developing integrated zones like Aerocity, EduCity, and MediCity to drive economic activity and attract investments.

Structural Works reach 88% completion, External Works has reached 60%, Internal finishing stands at 48%, MEP Services including lift and staircases, are now 47% done.

Structural Works reach 67% completion, External Works has reached 23%, Internal finishing stands at 10%, MEP Services including lift and staircases, are now 12% done.

Structural Works reach 45% completion, Internal finishing stands at 3%.

A total of 14 out of 112 launched units have been booked as of September 2023, including 11% of 1 BHK(11 out of 96 units), 25% of 2 BHK(3 out of 12 units).
