Navi Mumbai Gears Up for Major Infrastructure Push with ₹16,250 Crore Budget

CIDCO has unveiled an ambitious ₹16,250 crore budget for FY27, signaling a significant infrastructure expansion centered around the Navi Mumbai International Airport. The plan includes developing integrated zones like Aerocity, EduCity, and MediCity to drive economic activity and attract investments.

The airport will be accessible via road, rail, and water transport, including the Atal Setu.

A total of 12 out of 28 launched units have been booked as of February 2025, including 33% of 1 BHK(6 out of 18 units), 33% of 2 BHK(2 out of 6 units), 100% of MULTIPURPOSE(4 units).
