The buyers had booked flats in Virar Nagri, a project in Kofrad village, Palghar district, with flat sizes ranging from 325 sq ft to 490 sq ft and total consideration from Rs 15 to Rs 22 lakh.

Three members of a family were found dead in their home in Neheroli village, Palghar district. The deceased were identified as Kanchan Rathod, 65, her husband Mukund Rathod, 70, and their disabled daughter Sangeeta. Police suspect foul play and have launched a full investigation.
