The society is far away (15kms) from Noida Sector 62. If you don't have your personal vehicle. Then this society is not for you. Because the society is 3 kms far away from the main gate (Aditya World City). The construction quality is not on pillars only. You have no need of any drill machine for holding your wall hangings. Because of it's bad quality plasters on the inside walls.
Pros:
(1) Society is spacious.
(2) You will get the sunlight inside your kitchen too.
(3) Ventilation is best.
(4) Good Park for children
Cons:
(1) Bad plaster of inside walls
(2) Extra charges deduction from electricity meter (₹24/day for corridor lights and lifts), this is exclusive from the maintenance charges.
(3) Too much far away from centre.
(4) Electricity issue (there is a power backup, but they are charging ₹38 / unit)
