GT Road Widening Project Approved to Ease Traffic
The Public Works Department (PWD) of Ghaziabad has received approval from the Uttar Pradesh government to widen a 1.3km stretch of Grand Trunk (GT) Road, from Bhatia Morh flyover to Lal Kuan intersection on NH-9. This project, estimated to cost ₹11 crore, aims to alleviate severe traffic congestion caused by parked trucks from industrial areas.
