We had a rented flat in Wave city for 3 years. It is a great place to live, and the area is full of greenery. The developer did a great job at planning this region, as it is not like typical NCR locality with a lot of high-rise buildings. For people looking to buy property recently, this region is the best because of the developments happening nearby. Properties' rates increasing very fast.
