My experience is wonderful because there are many grocery stores, clinics, and daily conveniences near my residence in my neighborhood with excellent roads. For my simple transportation, I use TSRTC buses and the Outer Ring Road. For business travel, I mostly use the Raidurg Metro Station. Knowing that Continental Hospital is nearby for emergencies gives me great comfort. I reserve here mostly for my employment in Financial District and Gachibowli. Gated neighbourhoods and security patrols make me feel safe. I like Manikonda Hills' surrounds with greenery. Rents strike me as somewhat expensive yet reasonable. I believe that internal routes still need development and drainage.

My neighbourhood is busy at night, so I feel safe and female safety appears trustworthy. Nearby institutions such as Oakridge and DPS, as well as hospitals like AIG and Continental, are valued. My parks, restaurants, and vegetation are my favourite things. With consistent rental demand, I feel my investment is worth it. During peak times, road congestion makes me feel drainage repairs need rapid attention.

    It is situated in a prime area of Manikonda, where all markets, including the basement supermarket, milk bar, poultry center, and others, are conveniently close by. There is also designated parking for cars. The entire neighborhood of Dollar Hills is a gated community with security. We have five safe entry and exit points that are close to our needs and offer security. We have access to the main road, and the location is on a hill from which we can see the entire city of Manikonda.
