I wish traffic management and water supply were better. I hope these aspects improve soon for all residents.

I love living on Ghodbunder Road. I feel the area is beautiful with greenery and malls. I enjoy Viviana Mall for weekends. I attend Currae Hospital easily, and my kids go to Orchids International School. I feel rents are reasonable. I think traffic and water shortages need improvement daily.

Due to the vivid, large roadways and continuous traffic, I consider it extremely secure for women at night. I adore the amusing Suraj Water Park and the walking paths at Gaimukh Waterfront. I observe a high rental yield here. Still, I think the high water tankers and morning traffic congestion should really improve.
