Positives: I adore the clean mountain vistas and air. Compared to Mumbai, this region is rather inexpensive. Central Thane is where I reside. I hang out at Suraj Water Park. I receive fast internet delivery.

Negatives: Long travel is the worst experience I have. Every day I handle jams and want subway modernization.

Positives: I like the high rental yield and my great experience here. My encounters at Titan Hospital go quite smoothly. For amusement, Viviana Mall is a favorite destination. My bus connection experiences have been excellent.

Negatives: I advise repairing my unfavourable experience with heavy traffic. I have neither a library nor local parks.

Positives: With sights like the Ghodbunder Fort, this place's originality appeals to me. Though it is a self-sustaining contemporary centre, it is not centrally placed in the ancient city. Because of the contemporary conveniences in my building, I have a pleasant renter's life. The chief advantages of this place are the mountain views and the proximity to corporate headquarters. Through cars, connectivity is excellent; the Kasarvadavali metro station would soon be revolutionary. For high-quality treatment, I recommend hospitals such as Hiranandani Hospital. The entertainment choices available at Lake Shore Mall are excellent.

Negatives: Although safety here is often excellent, I have come across reports of small thefts in far-off service roadways. To prevent waterlogging and better road surfaces, I really need improved drainage.

For families, having close-by schools such as Hiranandani Foundation School is a huge advantage. Every line of my visit here mirrors this region's rise as a premium hub.

Negatives: I do have a few negatives to call out, though. One service gap on the main road is the lack of enough public parking. Moreover, some blocks can have an inconsistent water supply. I wish the municipal authority would quickly improve these services.

Positives: I am a happy and content owner, and I find Ghodbunder Road wonderfully placed between the Eastern and Western Express Highways. From my point of view, having such near emergency facilities as Titan Hospital is a great fortune. Because of prominent amenities like Viviana Mall, I find this place very easy to use. For a calm life, the bus link to Borivali and Thane terminals is quite useful. With the gated security in my building, I feel quite secure here. R Mall is the nearest excellent shopping. Also, I like restaurants like The Yellow Chilli.

Negatives: Finally, I get very irritated by the potholes and heavy traffic congestion during monsoon season. These significant issues now require urgent consideration.

The soon-to-be Metro Line 4 is also employed for planning for the future. For medical attention, I recommend Jupiter Hospital; my college-going buddies often mention the Dnyan Ganga Education Trust. The well-lit roads allow me to have great experiences with safety. I think the rent is reasonable. The sound of large trucks irritates me. The fundamental issue is the constant metro construction dust that calls for improvement.

I worked in the Wagle Estate office hub, so it was an effortless trip. I found Vedant Hospital's medical care and Hiranandani Foundation School's education to be of great worth. For me, the gated communities seemed very safe and secure.

Negatives: The severe dust from the highway building did not treat me well. I believed rapid action was necessary in the area of pollution control. I miss the vistas from the hill as well.

At Titan Hospital I meet my medical needs; at Hiranandani Foundation School I find my education needs. I believe the metro of the future will offer enormous travel advantages. Though my rental return is rather modest, the neighbourhood is secure.

Negatives: My daily traffic jam encounters let me down. I see the lack of regional water supply as a big problem. I advise additional public parks and better road planning among my suggestions. With the long trip distances, I get quite irritated.

The most balanced Thane lifestyle option, in my opinion, is Ghodbunder Road, which is what I would advise. I believe the distinct perspectives of the Yeoor Hills and Ulhas River distinguish it. I recommend it for the flawless Western and Eastern Express Highways connection. Families receiving excellent care at Titan Hospital and sending their children to Hiranandani Foundation School abound here. Due to the vivid, large roadways and continuous traffic, I consider it extremely secure for women at night. I adore the amusing Suraj Water Park and the walking paths at Gaimukh Waterfront. I observe a high rental yield here. Still, I think the high water tankers and morning traffic congestion should really improve.

Positives: Compared to Mumbai, rent is cheap. The mountain view and the chilly breeze from Sanjay Gandhi National Park are among the main assets of this location. To get to Thane station, I take the local buses. For my weekly groceries, I usually go to Korum Mall or the Hypercity market. I feel secure here as Horizon Hospital is not far off, and the major roadways are always congested.

Negatives: Lack of late-night transportation makes it difficult to go home after 11 p.m. Hence, this is my primary challenge. I believe the street lighting and drainage system in the inside lanes should be modernised. I am very tired of the peak-hour traffic at Gaimukh.

Negatives: The daily traffic bottlenecks at Kapurbawdi frustrated me greatly, consuming my time. The continuous dust from ongoing metro construction made the air quality awful, in my view. I think the authorities should address the recurring water scarcity as well as the narrow service roads. Extremely noisy area that’s so irritating.

It has been growing well as a real estate hotspot due to the availability of transport services. The growth of the hospitality sector is increasing in this area and as a result, people feel safe to be here.

There are good places for spending time alone such as Upvan Lake. One backdrop of this locality is the presence of too many real estate companies which makes the area prone to traffic jams.

The growth of public transport is also seen which will also serve as a good means for the people staying there. They have some good restaurants which can be visited for having delightful savors. Also, it is a pollution-free area and is best for senior citizens.
