Things to Consider Negatives: Although safety here is often excellent, I have come across reports of small thefts in far-off service roadways. To prevent waterlogging and better road surfaces, I really need improved drainage.

From my point of view, having such near emergency facilities as Titan Hospital is a great fortune. Because of prominent amenities like Viviana Mall, I find this place very easy to use. For a calm life, the bus link to Borivali and Thane terminals is quite useful. With the gated security in my building, I feel quite secure here. R Mall is the nearest excellent shopping. The place has developed schools such as Narayana E-Techno School and Idhyah Global School. The locality here is safe and secure. Naneghat is a good spot to roam in the area.
