Positives: I reside in this well-planned community. The airport is approximately. 3 km away, and the metro, local trains and major roads (Western Express Highway, JVLR, Andheri-Kurla Road) make it convenient to move around. SEEPZ, MIDC and BKC are nearby, thus jobs and offices are within reach. Malls (Infinity, Phoenix) and hospitals nearby. The roads are lit, and new developments keep the area updated. Negatives: I noticed some parts of the locality facing waterlogging during heavy monsoon, a lack of parking, and intermittent power cuts.

Positives: I adore residing in Andheri East as it is highly accessible. The metro and railway stations help in easy commuting. It's a large commercial center with numerous employment opportunities. Everything one needs is here, from quality hospitals and schools to shopping malls. Negatives: The traffic is awful, particularly on the Western Express Highway. The air and noise pollution are also a concern due to the traffic. Additionally, I observed the roads tend to get waterlogged during the monsoon period.

Additionally, good hospitals and schools and relatively affordable housing are great at here. Negatives: Heavy traffic on WEH/Andheri-Kurla during peak hours, monsoon waterlogging, parking deficiency and noise/air pollution along busy roads.
