JP Parkway is a residential project in Andheri East, Mumbai. It sits in a part of the city that’s always busy with offices, traffic, and daily rush, all of it. The project itself is built vertically, like most developments around here. Still, it doesn’t feel completely packed. There are a few open pockets inside, some greenery as well. Nothing too elaborate. It doesn’t really come across as something that’s trying too hard to stand out. The planning is simple. More about everyday comfort than show. Spaces seem to be designed in a way that actually works, not just something that looks good in brochures. The apartments are mostly 1 and 2 BHKs, with a few 3 BHK options. Sizes are practical. Not too spacious, but not uncomfortable either.
