The Gachibowli office crowd causes rental yields to remain quite high. The steep, small pathways and constant water tanker issues are somewhat difficult. For young families, this area is a goldmine.

By car, cab, and bus, I can easily reach the Financial District, Gachibowli, Hitech City, and Outer Ring Road (ORR) with great connectivity. My neighbourhood is busy at night, so I feel safe and female safety appears trustworthy. Nearby institutions such as Oakridge and DPS, as well as hospitals like AIG and Continental, are valued. My parks, restaurants, and vegetation are my favourite things. With consistent rental demand, I feel my investment is worth it. During peak times, road congestion makes me feel drainage repairs need rapid attention.
