Mostly for job here in Noida or Greater Noida, I use shared cars and buses to central Noida as well as cars to the nearby Noida Sector 76 metro to make my office commute simple. Near for health needs is Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital, which is great; I also know schools like St. John's and Pacific World School are not distant. I am safe walking around; the verdant parks and tidy society gardens here are pleasing. I believe rent here is lower. I want more late-night buses here soon to simplify life, and I do wish last-mile public transportation within Sector 1 were better.

Because of the broad roadways and quick FNG Expressway connection to Noida and Delhi, this region is appealing. I advise this location since Yatharth Hospital and Ryan International School are only a short drive away. With the active security in gated communities, I feel women are safe here at night. For my daily workout, I like the lush vegetation and spacious parks. I notice my investment increasing significantly as office goers produce high rental profits. I believe, nevertheless, that we have to develop local shopping complexes more quickly and have more frequent public transportation. My best choice is my house here.
