The Mangal is ultra luxury flat, spacious kitchen and hall, luxury club house and gym, main nh-58 on road project, 24 hours pawer back up and water supply and cctv camera with security guard
Overall society is very good, near to metro station, public transport are available very easily... Good construction quality
It's a Single tower Society in 1.75 Acres Approx,with 293 Apartments. Tower has 2/3/4 bhk in bigger sizes. Tower lobby is spacious and all club amenities are part of it. Have small gym with Morden Machines, For a small gathering close to 50 people party hall is there. Indoor games like snooker table ,TT is also available,small children tot-lot area is also there. VVip Mangal has quite a nice Grand Entrance and the Amenities are well separated with lobby . Swimming pool is open to sky with transparent shade. A separate exit is also there on service lane opposite to the main highway. 6 units are there with 3 Johnson lifts and 2 staircase. Overall the society is good and have can buy . Price range 6500-7000/-sq.ft.
