    Settling here was ideal because Ghansoli's fundamental selling point is its well-planned main commercial areas like the Reliance Corporate IT Park. Though we now lack metro connection, the area is ideally situated inside Navi Mumbai, with the Ghansoli Railway Station offering great access to the rest of the city. For the safety and convenience of the neighbourhood which typically has low crime concerns rent is relatively high. Good institutions like Tilak Global School and premium healthcare at Divine Multispecialty Hospital abound here. Two things, though, surely need work, the inadequate drainage system leads to waterlogging during the monsoons, and some internal communities struggle with inadequate waste management ongoing.

    Ghansoli is a great 5-star investment because its USP is its close to major corporate hubs, particularly the Reliance Corporate IT Park, assuring high demand and excellent rental returns. Being a commuter's ideal, this area is well-connected by the Eastern Express Highway and the Ghansoli Railway Station. We clearly find ourselves in the center of Airoli. Though it misses large luxury malls, you have everything else here: respected institutions, multi-specialty hospitals like Universe Hospital, and local stores. Mid-budget purchasers will find great affordability in the area, which is typically safe. Improving the insufficient drainage system that causes monsoon waterlogging and lowering the obvious levels of air pollution are the primary areas needing work.

    I bought land here because of Ghansoli's excellent investment possibilities brought about by its advantageous position next to the Thane-Belapur IT belt. With well organized and really safe neighborhoods made family-friendly by respected institutions like D.A.V. Public School, the area is really so. The great rental yield fueled by the big employment centers nearby is amazing. Via the railway station and major highways, connectivity is great and guarantees consistent value increase. I am quite sure in my investment and strongly counsel it to families and investors searching for long-run rewards in a designed setting. I only wish for more upscale retail and entertainment venues inside Ghansoli itself.

From stores to respectable hospitals such Universe Hospital, having all basic amenities within walking distance is really great. Ghansoli gives Navi Mumbai a cozy life with long history.

    Negatives: Certainly, better garbage management and more frequent clearance schedules are needed in some areas. Regularly during the monsoon, the weak drainage system results in waterlogging a serious problem to solve. Finally, our power supply has to be more steady since we occasionally have unexpected power outages.

    Positives: Ghansoli was an excellent option mostly because of its advantageous position close to the Thane-Belapur Road and the main IT parks in Airoli. Ghansoli Railway Station offered great access to other areas of Navi Mumbai as well as central Mumbai. With numerous neighboring schools and markets like Sector 17 basic conveniences were readily available. Compared to Vashi, the area appeared reasonably inexpensive, hence ideal for working professionals. It really presented a well-balanced way of life.

    Negatives: Particularly during monsoons, the waterlogging inside the railway station subway was a great nuisance that slowed the trip. Furthermore, the older sections of the node had painfully frequent power outages brought on by ageing underground cables.

    Positives: With the Ghansoli railway station on the Harbour Line, our connectivity is excellent. We are right on the Thane-Belapur Road. Shopping and leisure depend on Inorbit Mall and the local Sector 8 market. Top schools like Podar International School are nearby. Terna Hospital guarantees prompt medical care for our family. A really beautiful, green area to live in, the neighbourhood is incredibly welcoming and safe. Surely the calm, well-kept parks are what appeal to me most. This spot is something I thoroughly recommend.

    Negatives: The local waste management has to be improved in some areas, though, for better sanitation and peak hour traffic congestion on the major Thane-Belapur stretch can be quite a problem.

    Positives: My life in Ghansoli is all about frugality and ease. Cutting my daily commute significantly, this CIDCO-planned area is perfectly positioned next to the large IT centres. For access across Navi Mumbai, the Ghansoli Railway Station is great. Rent here is inexpensive compared to Vashi, therefore allowing me a premium lifestyle without the premium price. The neighbourhoods are clean; it feels secure. Local Sector 12 businesses flawlessly fulfil all my daily needs. It's perfect for early professionals.

    Negatives: Though I adore it, a few of things need work. First of all, especially after the monsoon, the inside sector roads are often not properly maintained. Second, the nearest working Metro station is somewhat distant. To really transform this area, the suggested metro extension to Ghansoli has to be speed up.
