Its distinguishing feature is the marriage of luxury life with proximity to IT corridors. The closest big connection is Madhapur Metro Station; connectivity is good. Nearby, Durgam Cheruvu lake is a major natural draw. Among the closest well-known medical centers is MaxCure Hospitals. For investment, this property stood unique owing to the site's great appreciation potential and confirmed builder quality. Living is very good for one resident, who also believes the investment to be sensible. Still, pedestrian routes are sometimes shaky or missing. Furthermore, particularly during strong rains, the water drainage system needs great upgrading.
