But many areas around the locality in the by-lanes experience waterlogging issues.

City Vista, a nearby market area, is accessible on foot from the World Trade Center. The IT powerhouse of Pune's Eastern Corridor is Kharadi. Though Kharadi is a posh locality with a good social infrastructure it might still be a bit overhyped as the property valuation is rising steeply. Given the easy access to the city, Kharadi is a popular destination for working people and ex-pats. Kharadi is an excellent place, in my opinion. It is a lovely and picturesque area. Nearby are all the necessary amenities including stores, hospitals, schools, and colleges. Wring in the IT Park I find it very convenient to live here and my daily commute and from work is easy which makes me like the locality of Kharadi even more.
