Rents are quite affordable. However, the lack of last-mile connectivity and frequent power cuts bother us every day.

I suggest Sector 1 for long-term buyers. I see strong growth and better prices in this area. I see facilities like Gaur City Mall, DPS School, and Yatharth Hospital nearby.
