Given the strong presence of the IT hub, including offices like TCS Gitanjali Park and top colleges like DPS, I thought the rental need was great and warranted.

Negatives: Finding auto-rickshaws for domestic travel was challenging and very irritating. Particularly because we depended on hospitals in Kolkata for specialized care owing to the scarcity of multi-specialty facilities here, this distance was challenging.

Especially with the future Bengal Silicon Valley Tech Hub project, buying property here is something I highly suggest.

Negatives: For fast local transportation, auto-rickshaws are hard to come by. Hence, a suitable multi-specialty hospital closer by is desperately required.
