Positives: I believe the area feels quite safe at night and has remarkable, clean streets. I always liked going to Eco Park and spending time at City Centre II. We had very easy access to Ohio Hospital and DPS New Town. I travelled using numerous buses. The closest link to the central city was the Salt Lake Sector V Metro stop. Still, I'm not especially pleased with the traffic seen today. It has only worsened.
NegativeNegatives: Still not great local connectivity. The sounds of continual honking need to be managed. The government must add more greenery in Action Area 1 and more small local grocery stores are required.
Living here gives me great happiness; my brief time in New Town has been wonderful owing to the pure air and wide, lovely highways. I feel it's a calm setting. The Metro from Salt Lake Sector V station is my most straightforward mode of travel. New Town's great connectivity and location close to the IT center fit my profession, thus I am happy with my daily life. The New Town School I frequent is near Goodace Hospital, my closest hospital. I really enjoy hanging out at the enormous Eco Park for a large green area or recreational venue. The internal roadways want improved access to grocery shops, and we really need a dedicated multi-speciality hospital within New Town.
Offering amazing future returns for my clients, New Town is the best investment destination in Kolkata in my opinion. My entire history as an agent suggests I should emphasise its designation as a master-planned Smart Green City. Great access via Biswa Bangla Sarani Road and the nearby Sector V Metro is one of the main benefits. Nearby Sector V IT and the Bengal Silicon Valley Tech Hub. Good amenities, like Tata Medical Center for health and DPS New Town for education, help inhabitants. The abundant green cover and recreational amenities such as Eco Park give this place its appeal. Customers need to be aware that the price of acquiring the property is somewhat steep and that local auto-rickshaws for quick travel are typically difficult to locate.
Positives: Many years ago, I bought into New Town, and I am mostly happy now. This site strikes me as well thought-out and modern. I think my happiness stems from vast roads, spotless surroundings, and greenery. I like the cab availability and clean roads provided by the transportation network. Regarding the metro stations close by this area, I am hopeful. Less clutter and clear vistas help me feel safe here. Families and IT professionals would benefit from this area.
NegativeNegatives: But I am let down with this area's sluggish social growth, few entertainment venues, and lower medical facilities. These three spheres, in my opinion, have to advance more quickly in order to balance everyday life.
I am glad to rent in New Town because my time here seems new and easy. Clean roads, open air, and scheduled housing draw me in. Fewer people and security help me to feel secure as a renter. When compared with central Kolkata, the rent is acceptable. I like a simple ride to offices in Sector V and nearby IT parks. Schools and playgrounds strike me as quite well designed. I find delight with Axis Mall and the neighborhood coffee shops. Metro connections will enable future progress in my view. I believe the frequency of public transportation needs development. More regional businesses and street food choices are also desperately needed here in my opinion.
I am quite happy living in New Town because my daily life is steady and well organized. I believe metro projects and IT expansion make this area very promising in the future. Prices continue to rise gradually but steadily, therefore my investment feels worthwhile. Even at night, I like simple transportation via buses, cabs, and smooth roads. With open areas and patrolling, I feel secure here. I adore the green close to Eco Park and water bodies. I hold Tata Medical Center and nearby excellent schools in high regard. I prefer less noise and calm neighbors. Local markets need growth in my mind; more hospitals and clinics are also critically needed.
For a better lifestyle, New Town offers calm living with designed roadways and modern societies; hence I advise it to my customers. With broad streets, CCTV zones, Eco Park, and open recreation areas, I believe this is a safe place. I appreciate how well-connected my customers are to Sector V and the airport. I believe the future New Town-Airport Metro Line 6 will greatly simplify travel. Among the benefits I see are close IT hubs, less traffic, and tidy planning. I often bring up Axis Mall, Tata Medical Center, Ohio Hospital, and DPS New Town. IT demand causes rental yield to be constant, in my opinion. I find that there must be more choices for nightlife.
Positives: Though I began residing there optimistic, I felt the growth was too gradual, so I was not very happy. I felt the area around Action Area I was still unfinished and missing some key amenities. I saw how safe the roadways were because of the night patrolling and how well-built and broad the arterial routes were; these were very good points. I was relieved I lived near the Biswa Bangla Gate region and the IT industries.
NegativeNegatives: The shortage of readily available auto-rickshaws for regular commutes disappointed me. Additionally, extremely scarce were basic food stores. Additionally, certain interior residential lanes were broken and deteriorated. They needed rapid local civil work.
Positives: Planned as a Smart Green City, New Town is a gorgeous location where I enjoy living. Near Eco Park, my apartment building gives off modern and environmentally friendly vibe. A major benefit is the connectivity. The Salt Lake Sector V Metro is simple, and the soon to be Orange Line will simplify travel even more. This region is extremely well-known nowadays, and it draws experts, therefore boosting our rental return. Like the adjacent Tata Medical Centre and St. Xavier's University, we have first-rate infrastructure as well.
NegativeNegatives: Waterlogging in low locations results from incorrect maintenance of the primary drainage lines following strong storms. Furthermore, disturbing the peace of our neighbourhood is noise pollution.
Positives: Constructed as a very advantageous, planned satellite city with exceptionally clean, large roads. Its history saw fast growth that turned wetlands into business and residential areas. Travel was simple because of the proximity to the Sector V Metro Station, and connectivity was excellent. Easily accessible were prominent sites like the Ohio Hospital and Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Government College. To me, this part of Kolkata embodied a contemporary, future-orientated approach.
NegativeNegatives: The great traffic noise from honking on the major roadways needed immediate observation. Finding an auto-rickshaw for quicker local excursions was also usually difficult. In some urban areas, the supply of basic grocery stores was constrained.
Positives: Not at all chaotic, this New Town neighbourhood actually appears like a well-planned city. The highways are broad and everything seems immaculate. Though somewhat expensive, the rent is affordable. I value the accessibility of the Sector V Metro as well as the abundance of respectable schools and hospitals like Ohio nearby. That closeness is quite beneficial. Their frequent patrolling makes it quite safe for women even at night as it is. Eco Park's surroundings are really lovely and make a difference.
NegativeNegatives: Finding a fast auto-rickshaw is difficult. Small neighbourhood grocery stores are absent. The traffic noise is terrible. Specialised hospitals are far away. It must urgently need fixing.
Positives: For other young professionals and students, I would advise New Town since it provides such a pleasant and reasonably priced housing option! The location is extremely modern; as a renter, I feel really safe here; nightly patrol is really helpful. With quick metro and bus links, my college path to the neighboring Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Government College is simple. The future possibilities abound in the Bengal Silicon Valley Tech Hub. For nighttime strolls close to my home, my favourite location is the peaceful New Town Lake Park.
NegativeNegatives: Though rents are cheap, we desperately need additional big multispecialty hospitals nearby, and daily shopping will be much simplified with more local supermarkets.
Positives: My decision to invest in New Town was brilliant. Therefore, I advise it based on its tremendous appreciation potential and outstanding planning. Featuring numerous parks and broad roadways, this is Kolkata's best infrastructure. Being close to TCS Gitanjali Park helps my journey to be quick and stress-free, therefore greatly benefiting my family life. The airport is only 12 kilometers distant, therefore super practical, and Sector V Metro Station is easy to reach. The gorgeous Eco Park and the distinctive Biswa Bangla Gate are frequently visited.
NegativeNegatives: Better local auto-rickshaw availability for short distances and a quicker finish to the remaining road phases to completely remove detours are the only things I would like to see enhanced.
Positives: New Town's perfect design was the greatest thing I loved about it. Like a real retreat from historic Kolkata, the wide, immaculate roadways and so much foliage like Eco Park seemed. The organized setting provided a significantly better quality of life. The road network is amazing. It links you flawlessly. The neighbouring Airport and Sector V Metro made travel very simple. This whole area felt quite secure.
NegativeNegatives: Every day I began to find annoying noise pollution and severe traffic congestion on the main arterial roads. Improving the inadequate last-mile public transit and finishing the final sections of the metro extension should be top priorities for the local government.
Positives: I selected New Town because the rent is rather cheap in relation to central Kolkata. Because the area is a major IT centre and the contemporary, clean highways make everyday living very simple, it is ideal for working people. For city trips, the Sector V Metro station is nearby and bus or cab is readily available. Regular night patrolling and good street lighting make the neighbourhood really safe.
NegativeNegatives: Local auto-rickshaw availability traffic congestion makes short-distance travel difficult. Furthermore, for any major medical crisis we must depend on hospitals in the main city as New Town has a severe scarcity of large multispecialty hospitals.
Positives: With sites like Eco Park, the roads are broad and neat and it is exceedingly green. Though technically a satellite metropolis, it feels like the new city centre given its proximity to big IT centres like Sector V and the massive Silicon Valley Tech Hub. Here the possibility for development is enormous. The neighbouring Metro station and Biswa Bangla Sarani Road provide excellent connection.
NegativeNegatives: For small distances within the many activity zones, we really require more trustworthy local transportation like auto-rickshaws. Complex medical demands now often depend on the major metropolis, therefore I anticipate enhanced healthcare infrastructure in the near future.
My view point One of the most promising areas in Kolkata, New Town is It connects big green areas like Eco Park with nearby expanding commercial centers and IT parks. Strong road connections and continuous metro and infrastructure projects, together with fresh parking and civic initiatives that lend credibility, define the area. Good hospitals like Tata Medical Centre, institutions like DPS Megacity and DPS Newtown, and shopping centers help families stay happy. Against central Kolkata, prices are still affordable; rental demand remains strong as IT and financial centers draw young professionals. Faster maintenance of little roads and constant park upkeep to keep public areas pleasant are two things I feel may be enhanced. For lifestyle and value, New Town is something I always advise.
I just came in New Town, and I find living here really pleasant. This neighborhood seems to be contemporary and carefully arranged. Daily transportation involves buses, automobiles, and the metro close by, therefore saving me time. Most of the time, I see drainage to be effective, albeit low spots can keep water following severe rain. I am most astonished by the number of parks and weekend locations there are; Eco Park is my favourite for morning walks. Near here, I locate stores, colleges like DPS Megacity, and hospitals like Tata Medical Centre. I like as well that business and IT centers are convenient for employment. Should I draw attention to one missing aspect, I would hope faster repairs on some interior routes.
I am glad I placed money here in New Town. The area is quite nicely linked with Biswa Bangla Sarani, and excellent road connections make travel simple for me. For rapid trips, I ride local buses and the New Town metro stations nearby. Close by to our house, Eco Park and numerous pristine green areas help my family and me feel at ease. Daily requirements such as groceries, businesses and medical care at Tata Medical Centre are simple to access. On weekends, my children and I enjoy hanging out at Eco Park. Furthermore, beneficial for value are large parking lots and civic improvements underway. My chief fear is intermittent congestion on major routes at peak times.
Positives: I moved New Town for a spotless, contemporary neighbourhood next to work and parks. Walks may benefit greatly from Eco Park and Biswa Bangla Gate. Axis Mall and City Centre cover shopping demands, I could say. Schools, hospitals, and developing clinics are found in New Town. Buses, AC shuttles, and e-rickshaws connect Salt Lake and the metropolis. I believe the approaching Orange Line and metro will soon shorten commutes. Given that there are several IT and creative centers nearby, employment is near.
NegativeNegatives: Compared with central Kolkata, the region is somewhat inexpensive. I can say, however, that waste collection and some uncompleted public works demand quick attention. Generally I am hopeful here
Positives: I am really delighted to reside in New Town. Weekend strolls on the lake promenade and Eco Park are a great delight for me. Above all else, I aim for a planned, environmentally friendly lifestyle. Wide streets, parks, and gated communities define the region. Nearby are IEM and DPS New Town. Axis Mall is where I go shopping. The New Town stretch metro work and Orange Line progress inspire optimism for quicker travel soon. Daily excursions are made by e-rickshaws, shuttles, and buses. We benefit from hospitals and centres in New Town and Salt Lake.
NegativeNegatives: Nearby IT employment here keep rental demand constant. My worry, though, are a few waste areas and incomplete civic projects. Often, I like calm nights, neighbour meetings at cafes, and modest cultural activities nearby.
Positives: Still, with scheduled roadways, it was a pleasant experience. Working close to Sector V was easy. Eco Park was the most amazing aspect. It is a large, lovely green area. Tata Medical Centre and similar institutions are nearby. It was really expensive. It was not within a typical budget. The new metro links were still being made. The designed arrangement and proximity to Central Park provide the main advantages.
NegativeNegatives: Better local public transportation alternatives were always needed. The constant construction brought about noise and dust problems. At major intersections, traffic control was difficult. Furthermore, not just large shopping centers but rather more little, reasonably priced markets were required in the region.
Positives: New Town is a big IT centre of Kolkata. Renting here is moderate. Although it is not exactly cheap, the highly developed infrastructure justifies the price. My favourite spot for an evening stroll is Eco Park. One great benefit is the extensive network made possible by Biswa Bangla Sarani and the growing metro line. This area’s planned towns and the sheer volume of open, grassy space are the best elements, according to me. The safety, even at night, is also remarkable.
NegativeNegatives: Though our hospitals are good, I feel we should have more committed multi-speciality centres in this locality. Also, more right inside New Town would really enhance service availability, as auto-rickshaws are not always easily accessible everywhere. So, making the last-mile connection is challenging.
Positives: The lush foliage and wide, pristine streets are what I like most. Walking near TCS Gitanjali station or Eco Park late at night even, I feel really secure here. Tata Medical Centre, DPS New Town, and St. Xavier's University are among the excellent facilities close by. Our top playground is Eco Park. The future connection provided by the forthcoming Yellow Line Metro extension will be even improved. Strong community life and modern conveniences abound at the area.
NegativeNegatives: At important intersections, better control of peak-hour traffic volume is an issue that must be addressed. Additionally, I hope for a better, devoted local shuttle system to enhance last-mile connection inside the housing districts.
Positives: Mostly because it is Kolkata's top future employment center, I decided to live in New Town. Because of the demand from professionals employed in the local IT industry, the region boasts an excellent rental yield. Salt Lake Sector V station is the closest operational metro; the new metro lines opening is a great benefit. Bus, taxi, and e-rickshaw availability is decent throughout the region. The combination of great infrastructure close to main IT and commercial offices like TCS Gitanjali Park is what I enjoy most. The region is rather reasonably priced.
NegativeNegatives: I am worried that high traffic volume causes noise pollution from continuous horn sounds. Also, the transportation system is also weak.
Positives: Being a strategically organised, planned satellite city and a nominated Smart Green City gives New Town its special value. Here, my life is wonderful; the greatest are the vast, expertly built highways. What appeals to me most is the abundant vegetation, particularly regions like Eco Park with its vast lake. Through the Biswa Bangla Sarani Road and the recently operating metro line, the simplest connecting path is possible. With regular nighttime patrol, the great emphasis on safety is what is really astounding.
NegativeNegatives: Still, two problems genuinely anger me. The poor access to auto-rickshaws sometimes makes local transportation difficult. Furthermore, there are no big multispecialty hospitals nearby; therefore, we sometimes have to depend on medical choices in main Kolkata.
Positives: With several excellent locations including the large Eco Park for lovely evening walks, the area is well-organized. Our lifeline to the city is the Salt Lake Sector V Metro Station, which also supports transportation needs. Nearby is Axis Mall for all the shopping. Ohio Hospital and Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Government College are close. Coming soon, the huge Bengal Silicon Valley Tech Hub promises excellent future employment opportunities.
NegativeNegatives: Finding an auto-rickshaw for basic, last-mile connectivity is unexpectedly challenging. The thick rush-hour traffic produces too much noise pollution, which is continually interrupting me. Still without a specialised multispecialty hospital in this area, people are compelled to seek urgent care in the central metropolis.
Being surrounded by all the new advances was really enjoyable. Because of the regular night patrolling, I always felt really safe there. We could get into superb schools like DPS and nearby hospitals Ohio's medical facilities were readily available. Particularly with Eco Park and Mother's Wax Museum close for weekend pleasure, entertainment was never a problem. The Sector V station, which was useful, was the Metro nearest link. Commuting was my greatest letdown, auto-rickshaws were scarce and we had to depend on the major city hospitals for specialized care. All told, it was a really contemporary, green, and lively place a true flavour of Kolkata's orderly future.
Positives: New Town genuinely felt like Kolkata's systematic, spotless, and very safe future. The intended vast thoroughfare and great newly developed infrastructure were dreams. Particularly with the operating Metro line connecting the region effectively, connectivity was fast improving. We had entree to top-tier hospitals and some of the best contemporary institutions. From Eco Park to City Centre 2, the sheer volume of entertainment alternatives meant weekends were never dull. It provided a luxurious, cozy lifestyle.
NegativeNegatives: The dearth of smaller, traditional local marketplaces compels reliance on major groceries. Particularly for last-mile travel within the large sector, the great reliance on personal transportation was quite inadequate due to internal public connection.
New Town caught my eye mostly because of the excellent office nearness to IT centers like TCS and Unitech Infospace. Though it is certainly in the high end, the modern facilities available here make it a great place to stay in Kolkata. Here, from shopping centers to fine restaurants, everything vital is available. I believe with great planning this place is very worldwide. The emphasis on flora in the area, including many vast parks is refreshing. With continuous night patrolling, safety here is good. The scarcity of large grocery stores is the one little issue. It actually calls for periodic dependence on companies outside of the local area.
In Kolkata, New Town offers me a pleasant and safe life here. I am so happy I decided to call here home. It is a contemporary, well-designed satellite metropolis with great infrastructure and well-built, spotless roadways. Because of the calm, green areas like Eco Park, which are ideal for relaxation, I love this area. With nearby Delhi Public School, we have access to excellent education and vital medical amenities like Ohio Hospital. With the Sector V Metro Station just four kilometres distant, transportation is simple. My investment is increasing well. For better, auto-rickshaws must be more readily available for brief inside transportation.
Positives: Because of its contemporary, structured arrangement, I relocated to New Town. It is one of the safest places I have lived. Though I now use the adjacent Sector V station, the Metro's Orange Line reaching sites like Rabindra Tirtha is rapidly improving connectivity. At Axis Mall, shopping is excellent. For weekend amusement, Eco Park is unrivalled. Facilities like Ohio Hospital and The New Town School guarantee the availability of all we require. The Bengal Silicon Valley Tech Hub is nearing completion, promising job growth.
NegativeNegatives: Internal travel is difficult since local auto-rickshaws and buses outside of peak hours are frequently rare. Moreover, New Town urgently needs a big, multi-specialty government hospital.
Making it a great option for contemporary living and investment, New Town is Kolkata's most forward-looking satellite metropolis. Its great planning offers dedicated infrastructure, large, clean roads, and plenty of greenery like Eco Park, hence providing a better quality of life than that of the core city. Home to companies like TCS and Candour Techspace, the area is a significant job hub that guarantees strong job market access. Good schools and hospitals like Ohio Hospital nearby provide easily accessible essential services. The continuing metro extension greatly improves connection. Still, to fully address present detours, local bus coverage for last-mile connection must be enhanced together with faster completion of other road phases. Actually, it represents Kolkata's urban future.
Positives: I particularly liked my residency in New Town, it felt contemporary and obviously perfectly planned. I liked the large, clear roads, the regular nocturnal monitoring, and the green areas. Travel was simple thanks to the Biswa Bangla Sarani road; Sector V Metro station was very nearby. Given the strong presence of the IT hub, including offices like TCS Gitanjali Park and top colleges like DPS, I thought the rental need was great and warranted.
NegativeNegatives: Finding auto-rickshaws for domestic travel was challenging and very irritating. Particularly because we depended on hospitals in Kolkata for specialized care owing to the scarcity of multi-specialty facilities here, this distance was challenging.
Positives: As a tenant, life in New Town is mostly easy. Though a bit far from downtown Kolkata, it's a planned satellite city with beautiful modern design and immaculate roads. I love the here's green patches, which seem invigorating. Nearby Sector V Metro station ties everything together flawlessly. Close to prominent companies like TCS Gitanjali Park and top-notch schools like The New Town School is my reasonably priced apartment.
NegativeNegatives: Local transportation is challenging since auto-rickshaws are scarce for brief internal journeys. A great multispecialty hospital is sorely absent. Although continuous night patrolling is done, some internal residential routes still need better, more brilliant lighting for enhanced safety.
The future of Kolkata is New Town, so my investment choice seems extremely sensible with huge expected profits. Featuring expansive boulevards and lovely green spaces, this neighborhood has the finest-designed infrastructure in the city. It is also quite secure. I love the modernity and beauty of this satellite town. Connectivity is excellent; the Garia Metro Station is readily accessible, and even closer is the functioning Sector V Metro Station. Critical healthcare treatments at Ohio Hospital and great educational institutions like The New Town School abound. The one improvement I would recommend is that regional governments speed up finishing of the remaining road stages to totally remove the present detours.
Positives: I am mostly pleased with it because New Town is usually inexpensive and provides a very international way of life. Rapid growth and simple access to the nearest metro connection at Sector V Metro Station influenced my choice of residence. Having Tata Medical Center nearby is a big comfort; DPS New Town and other schools are excellent for my children. The area seems secure and safe, offering a good equilibrium between business activity and residential quiet.
NegativeNegatives: First of all, residential buildings' public water supply pressure occasionally lowers dramatically during peak hours. Second, stray animal control in some housing parks calls for stricter, more kind action. Finally, the local authorities ought to raise the standard of pavement lighting on the inside service lanes.
Moving to New Town was the most sensible choice for my family's quality of life and contemporary convenience. Unlike other areas of Kolkata, daily life is simple thanks to the wide, clean highways and methodical design. Particularly the large Eco Park lake region, which is ideal for weekend pleasure, we like the plenty of green areas. Furthermore, quick emergency services are available nearby in specialist hospitals like Belle Vue and Ohio. With stations such as Rabindra Tirtha opening, the growing metro network links us directly to the centre of the city. This neighbourhood flawlessly blends urban conveniences with a quiet setting. One relatively small problem demanding attention is the limited frequency and coverage of public buses in certain of the newer, internal residential areas.
New Town should be your first investment location in Kolkata's fast growing real estate market; I heartily suggest it. With unrivaled urban planning, this East India's next Smart Green City is Proximity to the Sector V IT and employment center guarantees great rental returns and constant appreciation of property value. Via the Major Arterial Road, connectivity is great. Near stations like Rabindra Tirtha, key Metro access is offered to connect with the rest of the network. Leading medical institutions, including Charnock Hospital and Tata Medical Center. Essential green lung space is provided by many neighborhood gardens and the massive Eco Park. We have to recognize the relatively high expense of property acquisition in premium Action Areas I and II.
Positives: Some years ago I moved to New Town, and living here has been a great pleasure. Modern, tidy, and thoughtfully designed with large roads and green areas, the area has great appeal. I adore how well linked it is to Salt Lake and the airport; the New Town Metro Station that is coming soon will make traveling even simpler. Nearby are big IT hubs like DLF and Ecospace. Hospitals like Tata Medical Center and Ohio Hospital as well as institutions like DPS New Town and Delhi Public School Megacity are close by. The area also presents excellent rental returns and top-notch amenities.
NegativeNegatives: I occasionally encounter sluggish traffic close to the principal intersections, though, and a few interior roads lack adequate nocturnal street lighting
Positives: Certainly a prime region, this is the modern new hub of Kolkata. Like Sector V, the close proximity to the IT industry transforms it into a major center of commerce. Nearby are outstanding amenities like Delhi Public School and Tata Medical Center. Particularly with the future Metro expansion and quick access to the Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport, connectivity is excellent.
NegativeNegatives: Though the highways are broad, traffic on the main arterial roads during rush hours is a daily nuisance that has to be more effectively controlled. I also believe the local authorities should pay particular attention to enhancing the cleanliness of the market areas as well as the inner approach roads.
Positives: One of the greatest decisions for my family was relocating here as an owner. With broad, clean, well-lit highways and the fantastic Eco Park for weekend pleasure, this place is a genuine Smart City. The Metro link to Sector V and the closeness to the airport, the connectivity is great. With excellent hospitals and schools like DPS, it is a well-designed region that makes it a modern, secure, and really high-potential home centre.
NegativeNegatives: For fast short distances, the availability of auto-rickshaws has to be increased. A real multi-specialty hospital closer by is also much needed. Increasing the quantity of little, local grocery stores would simplify everyday fundamental purchasing.
Living here is the finest because of the broad highways and plentiful plants. Near to TCS, the gigantic Sector V IT centre, it lies. High safety requirements with frequent night patrolling as well as great entertainment choices like Eco Park and the Mother's Wax Museum are among the main advantages. Salt Lake Sector V Metro Station is the closest operational station, and The New Town School is among our excellent schools. For new buildings here, rent is rather reasonable. My two little gaps are that auto-rickshaws for fast internal commuting are usually difficult to locate and we lack a designated multi-speciality hospital, so we occasionally depend on the primary city for complicated treatment.
Positives: Choosing New Town makes me ecstatic! It's a great, contemporary, planned town that makes me feel safe and at ease. I relocated here because of the good infrastructure and broad highways. Connectivity is outstanding; it's a significant IT centre close to firms like TCS. The updated Metro line is a major plus. Nearby, we have good hospitals like Tata Medical Centre and wonderful green areas like Eco Park. For the contemporary life we have, the rent is rather cheap.
NegativeNegatives: Particularly during rush hour, traffic around the major IT areas is terrible. Although overall safety is acceptable, some interior roadways seem overly deserted late at night. Additionally, although we have excellent malls, more little, local daily markets in the new Action Areas would be welcome.
I am awarding New Town a straight 5-star rating! Certainly the future of real estate in Kolkata is this location. With the Bengal Silicon Valley Tech Hub on the approach, the USP is a master-planned Smart Green City and the main employment hub. Through Biswa Bangla Sarani Road, connectivity is excellent; Sector V Metro is only 4 kilometers distant. Among our premium facilities are Eco Park, Ohio Hospital, and DPS New Town. With regular night patrol, safety is excellent. This is a great investment, as the region has great rental returns and vegetation. For quick excursions, I only wish auto-rickshaws were simpler to locate; certainly, we need a specialised multi-speciality hospital close by. All things considered, an ideal location to reside and make investments!
Positives: Moving into New Town a while ago, I loved the first impression it truly felt like a modern, planned city. The generous green areas and the broad, neat Biswa Bangla Sarani looked rather inviting. Being relatively close to large IT centers such TCS Gitanjali Park was a great benefit for my job. Importantly, the Metro connection from Sector V allowed my daily trip to Kolkata to go significantly quicker than I had anticipated.
NegativeNegatives: Local transportation was difficult because auto rickshaws were few. lacking multi-specialty hospitals, getting specialized treatment required counting on the city. Additionally, there were few little convenience groceries for fast trips. The heavy traffic produced unrelenting honking noise pollution.
Positives: I chose New Town for its designed, modern style. Situated in North-East Kolkata, near Salt Lake, connectivity via the Biswa Bangla Sarani was great. Traveling was made easy by Sector V's Metro station. Good schools like The New Town School and hospitals such Ohio Hospital nearby made essential services easily available. The extensive, spotless roadways and green belt zones were especially pleasant to me. With current amenities, it was a cozy, reasonably priced housing choice.
NegativeNegatives: Locally commuting was made more difficult since it was rather challenging to locate auto-rickshaws for short interior journeys. A lack of multi-specialty facilities in New Town itself meant depending on the hospitals in the primary city for specialist medical care.
Positives: Being an owner here, I value the good infrastructure. Our nearest rail connection is the Salt Lake Sector V Metro. The Biswa Bangla Sarani Road links us well. Excellent schools include DPS New Town and The New Town School. For enjoyment, Eco Park, Biswa Bangla Gate, and Mother's Wax Museum are great. Goodace Hospital helps with fundamental medical needs. Regular night time patrolling helps to make this a safe place. Subhash Chandra Bose Udyan offer green spaces. Especially with the future Bengal Silicon Valley Tech Hub project, buying property here is something I highly suggest.
NegativeNegatives: For fast local transportation, auto-rickshaws are hard to come by. Hence, a suitable multi-specialty hospital closer by is desperately required.
My flat is situated in New Town and I feel the location has many advantages because of its smart-city vision, contemporary infrastructure, connectivity to the IT hub and airport. I am delighted to call it home for to the tree-lined roadways, green parks, and fresh housing towers. Stepping out for coffee at one of the lifestyle locations is my favorite thing; then, by nightfall, getting back to a tranquil lake view is what I like most. One little upgrade I hope to soon see complete operational metro access and more developed local markets and tiny business streets so daily life seems cozier. Still, New Town is a promising site to reside and own, in my opinion.
Positives: New Town, Kolkata seems crisp and contemporary. Offering extensive highways like Biswa Bangla Sarani and excellent road connections to the airport and other areas of the city, it is around 12 kilometers from central Kolkata. Giving me a comfortable lifestyle, the region has vast shopping centers, IT parks, and green areas like Eco-Park. For the money, the neighbourhood is safe, well-planned and elegant; thus, I enjoy renting here. The lakeside walk at Eco-Park is the best part of my favourite.
NegativeNegatives: Having said that, two things here want work. Its metro connectivity is still in progress, and late-night transportation choices are not as many as I had expected. Some local marketplaces also seem less developed than older urban districts. All told, it's a great rental option here.
superb locality with lots of street foods and all IT companies with hotel management and engineering colleges nearby. Most rich and affluent people have also residences here.
