    Offering a welcome diversion from hectic Mumbai life, the neighbourhood is well designed, safe, and beautiful. The amazing connectivity especially having two train stations right here and quick access to the picturesque Palm Beach Road makes commuting throughout Navi Mumbai and even into Mumbai extremely practical. Thanks to abundant green areas such Wonders Park and close proximity to reputable institutions including Apeejay School and Terna Hospital, the local environment is ideal for families. It really seems a self-contained town with excellent shopping possibilities. But the drainage system is one area that has to be much better as some low-lying regions still show evident waterlogging during the strong monsoon season.

    I regularly suggest Nerul to customers. Including Nerul railway station, Palm Beach Road and developing metro access, this well planned Navi Mumbai node has great road and rail connections. Daily comfort comes from quality malls such Seawoods Grand Central, excellent schools, hospitals, and parks. Nearby businesses and the Seawoods commercial center help to stabilize rental demand. Properties draw investors and end users with balanced prices and returns of around four to five percent. Long-term appreciation is supported by recent CIDCO land sales and airport-related interest. One aspect to work on is more cheap housing choices as values rise. Nerul is a wise long term buy today for investors in my opinion.

    Nerul is one of the best places to live in Navi Mumbai. Make no mistake about it! You get the railway access, along with easy access to highways. I work in the CBD in Belapur nearby, which makes it a good location for me to stay from that perspective. My spouse works in Airoli, which is also close by. I am also very hopeful about the upcoming international airport in Navi Mumbai, and also the expansion of the metro network here. I also love visiting the local parks here, while community centers are also coming up in the neighbourhood. Yes, water supply and cleanliness are key issues, but they can be improved.

    I personally find Nerul to be a good location for settling down in Navi Mumbai. The Palm Beach Road is the main attraction I find nearby, not just for driving and connectivity, but also for how scenic it is! Also, if you think of it, you get access to both the Harbour and Trans-Harbour railway networks, which make reaching several places really easy. I am also bullish about the Navi Mumbai metro line, once it is completed. The roads are wide, the layouts are well-planned, and multiple educational institutions and hospitals are also situated within a reasonable driving distance. The only issue I find is the footpaths being taken over by vendors, but everything else seems just right.

    In all honesty, living and trading in Nerul is great because the standard of living is exceptionally high due to the planning by CIDCO. We have excellent connectivity through the Nerul Railway Station, and the vicinity to the Panvel and Taloja industrial complexes provides excellent business and career potential to professionals. The infrastructure is strong, with many well-known schools and colleges such as Apeejay and Terna, along with some of the best hospitals, making it an extremely family-friendly, green, and secure locality with relatively good roads. Waterlogging is a common problem during monsoons, however, due to the aging drainage system, and frequent traffic snarls,, greatly add to commute times.

    We simply adore Nerul as it has the ideal combination of a peaceful, well designed residential locality and city connect. The infrastructure in the area is excellent with wide, clean roads, plenty of green areas such as the Central Park, and the entire gamut of facilities like great schools and hospitals. Connectivity is smooth with Nerul Railway Station and Palm Beach Road nearby, making travel to Vashi or CBD Belapur so convenient, and the locality is very safe with regular police rounds. But one big plus point for change we hope to see addressed is the present spasmodic water supply problems that we face, particularly during summers.

    It's cosy and convenient living in Nerul. I like this locality, it has easy connectivity to Nerul Railway Station and several bus stops, so commuting within Navi Mumbai is a breeze. There are nice schools such as Apeejay School and St. Augustine's High School, and well known hospitals such as Raj Hospital and Terna Specialty Hospital, which is comforting. The markets, malls, gyms, and restaurants are at hand, so life is hassle free. The area is safe and green, ideal for families. Traffic congestion during rush hours and waterlogging in monsoons at times are areas of improvement. On the whole, I would highly suggest Nerul for a well balanced lifestyle with great connectivity and infrastructure.

    Positives: I was never dissatisfied or unhappy staying at Nerul. It was an ideal spot with easy accessibility to basic infrastructure and facilities, which made life extremely convenient. The connectivity was great owing to the nearby railway station, buses, and close proximity to major industrial belts such as Panvel and Taloja, which was fantastic for professional opportunities. We hugely benefited from having several multi-speciality hospitals, such as Terna and known educational institutions, such as Apeejay School, in the vicinity. Yet, two aspects that needed attention were the frequent water supply disruptions. It resulted in intermittent inconvenience and the overall rising pollution level in the area. These were beginning to become a concern for the residents.

    Positives: Honestly, choosing to purchase a flat in this locality was all about planning a future in a well-planned neighbourhood, and it does not disappoint. I am particularly pleased with the proximity to the railway station and the phenomenal grouping of best educational institutions like Apeejay and Terna. And having the Seawoods Grand Central locale so near for weekend excursions is an enormous perk for my family's life. We have great hospitals and bazaars, so everything is really convenient. But, like most developing regions, Nerul is plagued with horrible peak-hour traffic jams around the main chowks. I wish to heaven the city would make a push to correct the terrible drainage system soon because monsoon waterlogging is a genuine eyesore every year.

    Positives: It's one of the best planned and desired localities in Navi Mumbai. Negatives: Certain regions of Nerul continue to suffer from drainage problems, and waterlogging is evident during rains and some potholes make drive slow. Some regions have occasional traffic snarls during peak hours. In spite of these slight inconveniences, Nerul remains a preferred destination for homebuyers and investors.

    Positives: When we selected Nerul ten years ago, it was because of the proposed infrastructure, and it hasn't let us down. We are so conveniently connected with two railway stations and the Palm Beach Road offering easy connectivity all over Navi Mumbai and Mumbai. The locality is actually self-contained with best-in-class institutions such as DY Patil and Terna, and big chains and the scenic Wonders Park. This makes it an excellent locality for families and for value retention of properties. Negatives: The principal drawbacks, though, are chronic issues. Peak hour traffic, particularly along the principal connector roads, is infuriating and causes delays. More seriously, we've observed poor drainage in a few areas, resulting in heavy waterlogging during heavy monsoon rains. But generally, having a flat here provides us with the ideal mix of city convenience.

    Positives: One of the things I like about Nerul is that it is a planned township. So, you get good and wide roads, and one of the best places for a drive is the lovely Palm Beach Road. Just a short drive will bring you to this hotspot. The best part is that the Navi Mumbai International Airport is about 20 minutes away from the locality. The airport’s going to be operational soon, and the property values will rise even further, making it a great investment. Also, Nerul has steadily become a posh area in the last 5-6 years, with lots of attractions, entertainment options, malls, etc. Negatives: Traffic congestion in the peak hours is the only thing I can say. The rest is perfect enough for me.

I have schools like DAV Public School and Ryan International within easy reach, and hospitals like Jupiter and Suyash Hospital are close by. Shopping and entertainment are easily accessible with Raghuleela Mall and Seawoods Grand Central just a short distance away. I love the connectivity via Nerul Railway Station and Palm Beach Road, which ensures a hassle-free commute. Open spaces such as Nerul Central Park provide me with a serene weekend escape, and the area is extremely secure with good streetlights and frequent patrols. Negatives: I just hope that house prices were slightly cheaper for first-time buyers, but apart from that, life here is great.
