I provide railway access, broad roadways, and secure zones. Nearby malls and MIDC offices are underlined by me. Parking strain and peak-hour traffic have to be better.

Yes, there’s some waterlogging too, but there’s not as much congestion, and the roads are wider. I find it nice to live here actually.
