    Living in Baner, I am a very happy owner and I believe this place was a good investment. Near the Baner-Pashan hills, the area glimmers with contemporary infrastructure, including wide highways, efficient drainage, and plenty of green spaces. Connectivity is noteworthy, as the soon-to-be Pune Metro Line 3 will have a station close by and today buses connect Baner well. Though the cost stays more reasonable than central Pune, the surroundings is welcoming, clean, and family-friendly. More focused community parks for children and weekend recreation would be one little change I would wish for.

    I bought my house in Baner since this area is perfectly located with great access to the IT centers of Pune, well-developed infrastructure and elegant conveniences. The appeal is increased by surrounding green regions such Baner Hill and parks. Going to Balewadi High Street for supper in the evening and then coming home in tranquility is my favourite moment. One change I hope for is quicker metro line completion up to Baner and secondly better management of internal roads and drainage during rainfalls. Still, Baner is a wonderful investment and place to live that I strongly advise.

    Baner is a good locality. Located in the Western part of the city. It has good connectivity to school, college, hospital, bank and market. Round the clock connectivity with all surrounding amenities like Mall Hospitals, Schools/college. Numerous renowned schools and colleges are situated in Baner, alleviating the concerns of parents about education facilities.     Positives: Baner was ideal for my office travel as it was right near Hinjewadi IT Park. The energetic way of life was the finest part. I really enjoyed Balewadi High Street's great restaurants and nightlife. The Mumbai-Pune Expressway provided flawless connection, and nearby locations included Jupiter Hospital and The Orchid School. My apartment was a good place to live because of the demand for rentals it demonstrated for the neighbourhood’s attraction.

    Negatives: Two things need focus here, however. Baner Road has a major downside in peak office hours traffic congestion; it may be really aggravating. Additionally, even though we have green areas, the water supply can be erratic at times. Therefore we depend on water tankers, which the city needs to rapidly repair.

The lively Balewadi High Street was my favourite component. With the better connectivity and conveniences, the cost of living here was unquestionably on the higher side but justified the experience.

    Negatives: Often pushing pedestrians into the main highway, wrong footpaths and vendor encroachment often combine with erratic parking. Local transportation was really stressful since the subpar state of some internal roads, especially during the monsoons, often caused water logging and harmed drainage chamber lids.

Here in our reliable Jupiter Hospital and VIBGYOR High, we have outstanding institutions. Along Balewadi High Street, where there are excellent restaurants and the Westend Mall close by for shopping, entertainment is lively. The area is quite cosmopolitan and active. Living close to the Baner-Pashan Biodiversity Park makes me feel extremely fortunate. The combination of great social life and IT comfort close Hinjewadi appeals most to me.

    Negatives: The only things that call for focus are the heavy traffic during peak office hours and, occasionally, the water supply might be inconsistent, therefore calling for tanker dependence.
