With stores like Dorabjee's easily available, inhabitants live a comfortable life. However, two important issues need immediate attention, like fixing erratic water supply problems, notably during summer, and upgrading the Katraj- Kondhwa road system to enable better traffic movement. Kondhwa really exemplifies great value for money.

Living in Kondhwa has been a great pleasure. I picked this location for its perfect mix of contemporary amenities and peaceful surroundings.
