There are a few open green spaces as well that provided the locality with an open feels through its layout.

I have rented a house in the locality of Berhampur recently. I feel the area is very posh and beautiful. There are schools like KB Modern Public School, DNB Public School, and so on. The Gama Nursing home is one of the best nursing homes here. City Forest Park is the best example of the natural beauty of the place. There are many shopping malls like the Pacific Mall, the Opulent Mall, and so on.

The local area of Berhampur in Ghaziabad district is very Urbanic in condition. The place has many shopping malls like the Pacific Mall, the World Square Mall and so on which have plenty of products. The educational institutes here are very well known for their education skills. The place is very close to the Ghaziabad railway station and the service of the local transport is very sound.

I am a permanent resident in the prime area of the Berhampur location in the Ghaziabad district. The commuting system of the place is very well functioning and there the service of local transport is available all the time. There are many hospitals and health care centers in this place. There are parks like City Forest Park and Indira Priyadarshini Park which are very famous for their natural beauty.

The locality of Berhampur is good for residences but the place has seen many water shortage issues in the past few years which might be a cause for concern for home buyers. The complexes in the area have their water storage infrastructure that provides comfort but for individual homeowners it's a problem. Other than that I find the locality to be great in terms of planning and accessibility as it connects to key roads that further connect to greater NCR.

The only proper bus stop in the locality is on Vishwakarma Road which is a bit distant from the central locality of Berhampur. Transportation via auto and taxi is not an issue. Daily bus commuters may face challenges as a consequence. But the place has good connectivity with wide roads and its prime positioning along the NH3. The metro line is close by and further aids in connectivity. Social amenities are within walking distance with many local markets and retail stores.

I have been living in the prime area of Berhampur in the district of Ghaziabad. I found that healthcare centres like Santosh Hospital and Manipal hospital are very sound in their service. Deepak Convent Public School is one of the best schools here. The area has a good commuting system but the problem I found here is that the place is very dirty and nature is not so healthy.

I had lived in the place of Berhampur where the locality has a very urbanic culture. There were so many houses where many delegates had been living. The area is very close to the Chander Nagar Rail station and Ghaziabad railway station. There are many good schools which provide a very strong education to the students of the locality. I found the area very congested and very unclean everywhere.
