Positives: I reside in Chembur, and it's highly convenient for work and daily needs. It has proper connectivity with the railway and Monorail stations in Chembur. There are schools and hospitals around in abundance. Malls such as Star Mall and Cubic Mall, as well as parks like Bombay Presidency Golf Club. Everything makes staying here convenient and comfortable. Major companies' office spaces are also nearby. Negatives: I observed there are occasional power cuts, and waterlogging may be an issue during the monsoon.
Positives: I love living here. The great connectivity to main business centres through the Eastern Express Highway and the monorail is a big advantage. It's one of the greenest suburbs in Mumbai, with good schools and hospitals aplenty. Negatives: The occasional power outages and air pollution are a cause of worry. Parking may also be a huge challenge at times.
Positives: I reside in Chembur. Harbour line, monorail and road connectivity are good there, and the airport is hardly 15 minutes away from there. Good hospitals, schools, malls and green parks are in the vicinity, so life is comfortable daily. Negatives: There's increased pollution around industrial locations, and monsoon waterlogging and intermittent power outages are issues. Property prices are also on the higher side.
Positives: It is very convenient to live here with excellent connectivity. Eastern Freeway and Chembur Monorail station are huge plus points. We have plenty of excellent schools and hospitals, and Bombay Presidency Golf Club is a pleasant green area. Negatives Traffic is heavy most of the time, and pollution from the refineries nearby is a worry. We also get regular power cuts, and the roads have potholes.
Chembur is a fantastic locality that offers the perfect blend of modern amenities, excellent connectivity, and a strong community vibe. It is an ideal place for families, professionals, and anyone looking to enjoy a high quality of life in Mumbai. I highly recommend considering Chembur as your next home
