Negatives: Nothing much to say on this aspect, but yes, cost of living has gone up as the area has become more and more posh.

Negatives: Honestly, the only little catch I ever find myself is the traffic jam during the dead peak hours. But otherwise, Kondapur provides an unbeatable mix of contemporary living.

I have never had any problems with communication and I quickly made friends with my neighbors. There is always something going on and there is never a dull moment. I have many fond memories of living here and I will always treasure them.

Kondapur was my home for many years. I lived there until I was 22 years old when I left to pursue my studies. I have many fond memories of Kondapur and I always enjoy visiting the marketplace and shopping mall. The bus communication is excellent and the parks are beautiful and well-decorated.
