Living in Manikonda makes me quite happy since my everyday life seems simple. My experience is wonderful because there are many grocery stores, clinics, and daily conveniences near my residence in my neighborhood with excellent roads. For my simple transportation, I use TSRTC buses and the Outer Ring Road. For business travel, I mostly use the Raidurg Metro Station. Knowing that Continental Hospital is nearby for emergencies gives me great comfort. I reserve here mostly for my employment in Financial District and Gachibowli. Gated neighbourhoods and security patrols make me feel safe. I like Manikonda Hills' surrounds with greenery. Rents strike me as somewhat expensive yet reasonable. I believe that internal routes still need development and drainage.

For IT specialists, Manikonda is the center of everything. For a city residence, I think the undulating landscape and vistas are highly unique. For quick travel, I would recommend using the ORR and Lanco Hills road. Just few minutes away, I see top-tier possibilities including Continental Hospital and Mount Litera Zee School. Even at midnight, I feel secure as the IT group keeps the streets busy. With my children, I adore unwinding at the Khajaguda Lake or the nearby parks. The Gachibowli office crowd causes rental yields to remain quite high. The steep, small pathways and constant water tanker issues are somewhat difficult. For young families, this area is a goldmine.

Living in Manikonda makes me quite joyful since my everyday life here seems peaceful, simple, and well organized. This place appeals to me because my surroundings are tidy, my roads are broad, and my region seems premium but useful. By car, cab, and bus, I can easily reach the Financial District, Gachibowli, Hitech City, and Outer Ring Road (ORR) with great connectivity. My neighbourhood is busy at night, so I feel safe and female safety appears trustworthy. Nearby institutions such as Oakridge and DPS, as well as hospitals like AIG and Continental, are valued. My parks, restaurants, and vegetation are my favourite things. With consistent rental demand, I feel my investment is worth it. During peak times, road congestion makes me feel drainage repairs need rapid attention.

There has been major business and residential development in Tenant Manikonda. The region is popular due to its upscale setting. Many software experts are investing in homes and land in Manikonda while working in Gachibowli and Hi-tech City. Infrastructure, commerce, and entertainment in the neighborhood are expanding quickly. From the airport, one should take Lanco Hills Road out of the Outer Ring Road at the Nanakramguda or Gachibowli intersection.

Located 17 KM west of Hyderabad's downtown, Resident Manikonda is a growing residential neighborhood. Infrastructure, retail, and entertainment in the area are expanding quickly. There are two roadways that go to Manikonda: one from Shaik Pet and one from Darga via the OU settlement. Most of the residential projects are modest in height. There are good infrastructure amenities in this location. Many software developers with jobs in Gachibowli and Hitech City are investing in homes and lands in Manikonda. In recent years, the suburb has grown in prominence as a result of the opening of offices for numerous reputable software companies in the close-by financial areas.

It is situated in a prime area of Manikonda, where all markets, including the basement supermarket, milk bar, poultry center, and others, are conveniently close by. There is also designated parking for cars. The entire neighborhood of Dollar Hills is a gated community with security. We have five safe entry and exit points that are close to our needs and offer security. We have access to the main road, and the location is on a hill from which we can see the entire city of Manikonda.

Positives: Manikonda is unusual because it links well to the city while still resting near to hills. My neighborhood is rather near Gachibowli, the Financial District, and Nanakramguda offices, though not completely central. Being a renter gives me conflicted emotions since the site supports my job travel yet rents seem expensive. ORR access, buses, and Raidurg Metro Station benefit me. I depend on schools in the neighbourhood like DPS Khajaguda as well as Care Hospitals. In Gachibowli, I like movie possibilities and cafes. I believe the neighbourhood is secure; no significant criminal hotspots have been noted.

Negatives: Uneven roads and water supply give me difficulties. Better drainage and public transportation coverage are much required here.

Positives: Living in Manikonda makes me most happy since my stay here seems safe and familiar. I appreciate my neighborhood's good social mix, new apartments, and quiet streets. Without living in loud commercial areas, I like being close to hospitals, schools, and offices. Near IT centers help property values stay strong, I think. I enjoy having supermarkets, parks, and fitness facilities right at my disposal. I think my neighborhood is fairly safe.

Negatives: I see that public parks are rather small. Many lanes seem to lack footpaths. In peak summer, I occasionally depend on water tankers. I believe these services have to be enhanced for greater daily comfort.

Positives: Owning a house in Manikonda makes me feel happy since my encounters here are calm and realistic. As hospitals, clinics, stores, and schools remain nearby, I observe my thoughts matching this location. Utilising ORR and major roads, I find convenient access to Gachibowli, Hitech City, and the Financial District. Though located close to the IT corridor, this area retains its domestic character. Strong street lighting and engaged communities help me feel secure. Eating at restaurants in Alkapur and Khajaguda, as well as purchasing at neighbouring malls, pleases me.

Negatives: Summer brings problems with water supply, and small inner roads trouble me daily and need immediate attention.

Positives: The energetic setting Manikonda provided really appealing. The rapid trip to my office in Financial District was my chief benefit. My favourite hangout area was Lanco Hills, where I used my spare time. For fresh air, walking close to Khajaguda Lake was good for me. In my neighbourhood, Mount Litera Zee School used to be a significant landmark. I used the medical facilities at Sunshine Hospitals whenever I needed assistance. Walking in the well-lit gated neighbourhood sections made me feel very secure.

Negatives: Not enough public parks caused my bad experience. I sensed that quick action was required on the dust produced from continuous construction. My former road certainly needed better street lighting.

Positives: Being a tenant, I came to Manikonda since I wanted a reasonably priced residence close to the Gachibowli and Hitech City business centres. I and my flatmates like the simplest access to the Outer Ring Road, the biggest benefit here. For my everyday demands, I find the local markets and the Sunshine Hospital quite practical. I think there is some lovely greenery surrounding the Khajaguda mountains nearby.

Negatives: The steep roads that get flooded during rains are my major worry. For people like us, I would say the absence of late-night public transportation and insufficient water quality are major disadvantages. Most disheartening for me is the absence of public parks and the unkempt state of inner lane hygiene.

In Hyderabad, Telangana, India, Tenant Manikonda is a bustling business area and a residential neighborhood. Due to the location of the headquarters of a top software business as well as the opulent high-rise Lanco Hills, this suburb has experienced a recent boom. It's a respectable neighborhood with easy access to Manikonda Main Road and most facilities. The colony is dubbed "Shanti Kunj" since it is at an excellent location and has peaceful residents. Pollution is one of the problem for this location.

It is a nice neighborhood and a popular location. Currently, hospitals and schools may be found close to ORR in the city. Dollar Hills is quite close to the city, the ORR, the old Mumbai highway, and the airport. It also offers excellent airport access. All celebrities, senior police officers, and movie stars lived in this Jubilee Hills-style community. This society boasts a valley perspective and is entirely situated in a hilltop area. Frequent Traffic Jams is a problem in this locality.

Positives: Since I want to reside close to Manikonda's Hitech City IT hub, I put my money there. The hilly landscape gives the ambience a special and airy quality, in my opinion. I like that my children attend the highly regarded Gautami Talent School. Being nearby, Continental Hospital is where my family's medical requirements are attended to. The rental yield is great here, in my view. The Raidurg Metro station nearby is tolerable for my trip benefits.

Negatives: Narrow roads and major traffic jams have proven very horrible in my case. The water shortage and strong slopes on some roadways disappoint me. My recommendation now is to correct the road width and drainage.
