The area has good hospitals, schools, offices, consulates and shops around. Also, the area has prominent landmarks such as Valluvar Kottam. Negatives: I note that parking and traffic are ongoing. Furthermore, the property prices are high, and commercial activity renders some roads noisy.

Everything is fine in this area but some things are difficult such as metro and rail facilities is too far and long and also during the evening the traffic is high and also no proper parking areas that also a negativity and also a lot of pollution because of huge population in Chennai.
