Positives: The region has great connectivity, particularly with the newly finished Sohna Elevated Corridor, which has cut down the travel time to Gurgaon to 20 minutes. Well established schools like GD Goenka University and Ryan International School makes it more desirable. The Central Park Flower Valley, an integrated township of 250 acres, is an example of how quickly the area is developing. Negatives: Few of the internal roads and connectivity within newer areas are still in the process of being developed, so there are occasional issues of accessibility Sometimes, the high-speed development has resulted in elevated construction activity, which can create temporary disruptions In general, Sohna is a good locality with a mix of modern facilities.

Positives: I simply loved its serene and green environment. As a homeowner, I like the broad roads, gated societies, and relatively low housing prices than in central Gurgaon. The location has upcoming schools, hospitals, shopping malls, and weekend getaway places like the Aravalli hills for forest excursions. Connectivity through Sohna Road to Golf Course Road and NH248 provides easier commutes to Gurgaon offices. The growing infrastructure and quieter life provide a nice compromise of city access and quiet living. Negatives: The drawbacks I see are less developed public transport facilities and occasional waterlogging during heavy rainfall in some areas. A few areas are yet under development, hence not as much entertainment and dining available as in the center of Gurgaon. However, I really love living here with the parks and peaceful roads.

Positives: I'm really glad we decided to purchase our home in Sohna. Relocating here was one of the best decisions we've ever made long-term, let alone financially. The cost of property is really reasonable as opposed to the outrageous prices just down the road in main Gurgaon. The connectivity has totally changed recently, with the new elevated corridor. And with it right against the Aravalli hills, there is cleaner air and a general atmosphere so much more peaceful than the city's bustle. The area itself has a feel of being a booming, future-ready locality. Honestly, the greatest strength for me is the potential for raw future appreciation. Negatives: The only true compromise at this point is that you simply must have a personal vehicle; depending only on public transportation isn't so simple here yet.

Positives: The biggest attraction for me is the forward-looking development. The new Delhi-Mumbai Expressway provides excellent connectivity, and being a part of the Master Plan 2031 means you're making an investment in a story of growth. The locality is clean, green, and a relief from the city mayhem. I get a serene environment with quality schools and future projects, all at a fraction of the price of prime Gurgaon. It is a great location for individuals searching for a residence as well as an investment. Negatives: The social infrastructure is still behind here, so we will have to depend on main Gurgaon for large malls and entertainment for the time being.

Positives: The locality is my personal choice to reccommend my clients. Having witnessed this place develop, I can tell my clients Sohna is seriously gaining speed. The connectivity is great, with the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway and KMP Expressway making everything so convenient. There are quite a few good housing schemes and commercial properties emerging. Having key universities such as GD Goenka and KR Mangalam present makes it an education hub, and the greenery around is a big advantage. Overall development here is highly promising. Negatives: But one thing I have observed is the absence of suitable public transport, like,government buses. We need our own car to travel effectively.

Nice location, Clean Roads

Sohna Road is a good locality in Gurgaon. It is a very good location, a very good society. This is the best option for a family to have an apartment here. Due to my shifting job I had to relocate else, I should not have left that area. All the hospitals and dispensaries are functional in this area. Very close to all important places like schools and hospitals are very close to this location, most popular restaurants like Macdonalds and Hadiram are available within walking distance for this locality.

Look I have a rented apartment in this township for more than 5 years and I am living a peaceful life in a gated community where I can feel safe because of the all-time security system. It is a prime location in proximity to major malls, schools, hospitals, and marketplaces. a very nice locality that is connected to NH-8, Rajiv Chowk, and Huda city center metro stations. All the Road Connectivity is within 100 Meters Of the Main Road.  Can anyone get better than this? Go for this area without any kind of hesitation.

Sohna is a good locality. It has good connectivity to schools, colleges, hospitals, markets, malls, temples, parks, banks, and ATMs. The locality has close to Aria mall and Elan town center, ISKCON temple, Bhondsi Maruti Kunj, and the Badshahpur area. Only a 10min Drive from Rajiv chowk Gurgaon via the new Gurgaon to Mumbai Expressway. It is a Nice Locality. It's a gated society with greenery and is very close to Spare IT park and Vatika business park. I strongly recommend this place for family.
