Sohna Road is among the most impressive growth stories of Gurgaon
residential RE market – a location well and truly built from scratch. However, as Gurgaon market has shifted towards more luxurious projects, Sohna Road projects can at best be considered as Standard or Premium offerings. Only projects offering luxurious options bang on Sohna Road are Tatvam Villas and Central Park II. Other high-luxury options like Unitech Opulence, Tata Primanti, Bestech Park View Spa, M3M Merlin, Ireo Victory Valley, Emaar MGF Sky Terraces, The One etc. are bit off Sohna Road, though connected and close enough to Sohna Road to benefit from its infrastructure. Someone looking for under construction units or more luxurious options in this area can potentially look at SPR and GCX sectors adjacent to Sohna Road. Prices on Sohna Road are on higher side This is further accentuated by very strong supply coming up in these areas as projects move towards completion.
Markets & Shopping:
Daily needs are more than adequately served by existing markets in Nirvana Country, SL II/II, HUDA Sectors – though might be a concern for projects in backend sectors on South side. Shopping areas on Sohna Road and Golf Course Road
are easily accessible.
Institutional and Commercial Areas:
Many institutional and commercial areas are planned and multiple projects are nearing completion, though occupancy is close to zero and it will take long time for GCX to become vibrant commercial hub. Many schools have started operations or are coming up quickly and schools in other parts of Gurgaon are fairly easily accessible.
Generally wide roads, especially on South side, and pro-active infra development (by Gurgaon standards) make it very good location to live in. Rapid Metro connectivity on Golf Course Road plus widening of Golf Course Road to make a signal-free ride to NH8 are other big pluses.
