Bhosari, this one region remains in the vicinity of Pune City for development. Because Bhosari MIDC is a hub for mechanical engineers and big businesses, and a dense residential area is quickly growing there. Companies like Mahindra Hinoday and Telco (Tata Motors), among many others, offer jobs through MIDC, which also improves the workplace environment for those who work there. I am concerned about traffic jams on some roads.

Bhosari Pimpri, Chinchwad, Akurdi, Nigdi, Moshi, and Chakan are adjacent localities, and the position is on the Nasik Highway, providing excellent connectivity to key places in Pune. An ideal location for those who work in the Chakan Industrial Area, with all the amenities they need for a happy life- excellent connectivity, all-day shopping, hospitals, and educational facilities. Overall, that location is a terrific place to live. There are places of devotion including Sai Temple and Shri Swami Samarth Mandir.

The Wakad Bhosari BRTS road is a key arterial road that connects Bhosari to the heart of Pune city. But people may find it to be a bit distant from the key commercial hubs of the city. It is a sought-after residential area and has a tranquil outlook. But the property prices here are a bit on the higher side compared to the surrounding locality. The Kasarwadi Trian station is the nearest and provides great connectivity with the locality.

Elderly people, professional couples, and peace seekers are encouraged to live in this neighborhood. The neighborhood has plenty of drinking and general-use water from PCMC is also well connected with six-lane wide roadways. Among many others, the Dighi-Moshi-Alandi Express Road, the Pune-Nasik Highway, and Spine Road are notable ones. And is promising, a rapidly expanding suburb found on the western edge of Pune.

Several Indian and MNC companies surround it, making it a popular location. Due to the extensive development taking place there, it makes for a fantastic location for real estate investment. In addition, a train line from Bhosari to Nashik is about to be implemented. Bhosari MIDC acts to be a significant connecting road for both the Pune Nashik highway and the Pune Mumbai road.
