Many flats get good ventilation and natural light. Over time, the society has developed into a lively community with a good mix of end-users and tenants, which makes it feel vibrant and secure. Amenities include multiple parks, swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, sports courts, and children’s play areas. Being an older project, some facilities may not feel as modern as newer luxury societies, but the basic infrastructure is strong and well-utilized. Our apartment has nice fittings and fixtures. The luxurious features in the apartments are Air Conditioner Fittings, Acrylic Emulsion on walls, and premium bathroom fittings. All features fulfill our aspirations. We get good building quality. I love the entire design of this project.

Sector 74's connectivity is very beneficial to all residents. Dadri Road and Greater Noida West Link Road are the closest ones. The nearest railway station is 1.5 km away from the sector. Also, the International airport is a close one. Here are many business hubs, hospitals, and markets.

This project gives us a lot of modern amenities that will make our stay a memorable one. Security systems are very appreciable. Luxurious Clubhouse, Party Hall, Cards Room, and Jacuzzi have great designs. Power backup and water supply systems are so good. Other sports areas and facilities are too good.

Ajnara Grand Heritage is a world-class project located in Noida Central. It gives me smart-home automation and premium specifications. I get an extensive view of hills, open green spaces, and a riverside too. I am happy to be part of this project. The project design and fittings are wonderful.
