Pune's residential real estate market has experienced a 7% year-on-year increase in housing sales for the 12 months ending June 2026, marking the first clear rebound after three soft cycles. However, the value of unsold stock has reached an all-time high of ₹92,110 crore, with an inventory overhang of 11.3 months.
