I have enjoyed staying at Budhwar Peth as it is a very convenient locality situated in the heart of Pune. Accessing all the key regions of the city such as the industrial hub and business districts can be easily done and is perfect for office goers. The locality is nonetheless very crowded and has seen water logging issues during the peak rainy season.

I find the locality of Budhwar Peth to be perfect as a residential area. Many convenient stores are present in the neighborhood which makes running daily errands easier along with other social infrastructures nearby. Getting access to amenities isn't a problem and I find the locality to be very safe. Moreover, Laxmi road crosses the locality and provides many retail options in the neighborhood.

Budhwar Peth has brilliant bus connectivity with Vasant Talkies, Appa Balwant Chowk, and Gadikhana being the main bus stops in the locality. The place is also popular for its pilgrimage sites which I love to visit residing here. They include the Shrimant Bhausaheb Rangari Ganpati Trust, Graamdevta Shree Tambdi Jogeshwari Mandir, Guruji Talim Ganpati and the Tulsi Baug Ganpati temples. But the area is plagued with heavy traffic as the roads are not broad enough compared to the number of vehicles.
