Pune Ring Road Eastern extn Gets Green Light :₹10,502 Cr Project

Maharashtra Cabinet Committee has approved the revised cost of ₹10,502.36 crore for the eastern extension of the Pune Ring Road. This 31.805-km controlled-access expressway aims to divert traffic away from Pune city. With 80% of land acquisition complete, the project is slated for completion by June 2029

During Q1'2026, average property prices for Matoshri Navi Tulshibaug moved from ₹ 8,850/sqft to ₹ 14,350/sqft, reflecting a 62.15% rise.

Structural Works reach 60% completion, External Works has reached 51%, Internal finishing stands at 75%, MEP Services including lift and staircases, are now 65% done.

A total of 150 out of 315 launched units have been booked as of March 2025, including 64% of SHOP(94 out of 147 units), 54% of 1 BHK(13 out of 24 units), 60% of 2 BHK(3 out of 5 units), 75% of 1 RK(39 out of 52 units), 100% of 2 BHK DUPLEX(1 units).

Internal finishing stands at 30%, MEP Services including lift and staircases, are now 38% done.

A total of 103 out of 287 launched units have been booked as of March 2023, including 31% of SHOP(60 out of 196 units), 44% of 1 BHK(4 out of 9 units), 18% of 2 BHK(2 out of 11 units), 52% of 1 RK(37 out of 71 units).

Structural Works reach 40% completion, MEP Services including lift and staircases, are now 13% done.

A total of 98 out of 232 launched units have been booked as of June 2022.
