Core administrative and cultural center of Pune is Shivajinagar. The rarity of Kotibhaskar Aparnali as a contemporary residential project in this dense, prime location is its primary benefit. The instant access to important government agencies and educational facilities is the USP. With minutes of Shivajinagar Metro Station and major bus routes nearby, connectivity is excellent. Though mostly low on big greenery, the Shivajinagar environment provides certain older parks. The acclaimed Sancheti Hospital is the closest major medical center. This project is unique since it presents a modern lifestyle in a historically significant and active urban center. The urgent need for underground utility line modifications in the neighboring streets as well as the absence of continuous city noise insulation for older structures are two critical services needing repair.
