Indapur locality is a very convenient place to stay with great road connectivity. But the many by-lanes and roads in the locality face water stagnation during peak monsoons which creates havoc regarding traffic bottlenecks in the area. The locality is fast developing and is expected to remedy all the present challenges soon which gives a good prospect for home investors.

Indapur is a mini tourist destination as the locality's history dates back to Shivaji Maharaj’s time. The popularity of the place is what has bought its recognition and the needful development. It is a safe and peaceful locality with vibrant local markets, schools, and medical facilities easily accessible within the area. Padasthal road houses many reputed hospitals as well such as the Dr. Kadam hospital, Manisha Nursing home, and Yashodeep Hospital among many others.

The Indapur though well established with good connectivity is way too far from the main city of Pune and has to be accessed through the heavily congested roadway as there is no railway station present nearby. But public transportation such as autos, taxis, and buses are well accessible from within the locality itself which provides a bit of convenience.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the city Indapur is a great retreat and is perfect for family residences. Position on the Solapur road the locality has rest road connectivity to the main city of Pune. The bus Facility is great with the Indapur MSRTC Bus Stand being the main stop in the locality. The housing options here are very affordable along with a well-planned neighborhood that is safe. Moreover, it connects India's south and west via National Highway 65.

Since the Prestige Ferns Residency project offers connectivity and has a 9.8 rating, it has strengthened my beliefs in housing apartment societies. Additionally, the home is at a very convenient location. However, I think the electric services of the project can be improved.
