The good thing about the locality near Malad Marve road is the availability of shops whether for grocery, vegetables and fruits easy accessibility to stationary books and also the easy aceess to places of worship like St Anthonys Church and Shiv mandir also to spend time the beach nearly 10 minutes walking distance.The saftey is awesome there are no security risk in the night time.There is also police station nearby.The best part is the availability of schools ie St Anthony High School
