I have been a tenant in this locality for 11 years. I have no wish to change the place. Everything I have got is necessary for my life. I have got branded college like Gyan Ganga Technology and Sciences for my daughter where she can excel in education; I have got reputed hospital. I have got a shopping mall and marketplace as my weekend destination. Only the residents are unhappy with the erratic water supply in their locality during the summers.

As a proud owner of a plot in this area, I have got almost what I demanded. From health to entertainment everything is nearby. I have been admitted to Gurgaon World School which is just 15 minutes' driving distance. The Metro facility is also nearby. My residence is well connected to broadway also. The roads are well maintained. The main concern is traffic during office hours. Authorities should check this problem. To reach the office we need to start early.

I was an ex-tenant of this beautiful locality. My office was very near to my residence area. There was no traffic issue during office hours. The broad roads are well maintained. International standard school for my kid was very near to my residential complex. For entertainment, a reputed commercial mall is there in that area where I could easily spend time with my friends and family at the weekend. We had no water logging concerns during the monsoon season. My life was smooth.

Being a tenant, my priority was an area where I could get an education in entertainment. I have got everything adjacent to this area. College and reputed hospitals are within walking distance. V. Balaji College is a good option for proper education. I can hang out with my family members on the weekend at the nearest shopping mall like Gurgaon Dreamz Mall. Well-maintained traffic makes my journey to my office very easy. I have got a 24X7 power supply. The neighbors are very helpful and cordial too.

As an owner of a flat, I like this area because of its good maintenance. This area will be a residential hub in near future. This location falls in the center of Gurgaon with a walkable distance from schools, hospitals, and the marketplace. Education to entertainment both facilities are there.MG Road metro is just a 5 to 1 minutes distance. The IT hub is within half an hour's distance. We can reach the heart of Delhi by metro.

The best thing that I found about Hiranandani Avalon is thelocation in Powai, Mumbai. It is well connected to all the nearbyareas through suburban roads. There is a bus stand nearby. It isall well connected to nearby schools, hospitals, and otherbusiness locations.

Hiranandani offers high-quality construction and excellent housefurnishings, just as I had anticipated. And the location is fantasticsince it is in the upscale neighborhood of Mumbai. A project with great facilities and less traffic is desired; Hiranandani abalone appears tosupply it, as well as amenities such as the coffee shop, swimming pool, clubhouse,gym, hairdresser, sports facilities, and, most importantly, power backup.
