Krisumi Corporation Ltd, a joint venture between Japan's Sumitomo Corporation and Krishna Group, plans to invest an additional Rs 4,500 crore over the next 6-7 years in its 'Krisumi City' luxury housing project in Gurugram, located along the Dwarka Expressway. The company has already invested Rs 2,500 crore since 2019. The project, comprising 2,772 units, is expected to be completed by 2032.

MCG has approved 25 development projects totaling ₹142 crore to enhance essential services like sewer lines, roads, drainage, water supply, lighting, and sanitation across the city and its rural peripheries. Haryana is also planning to construct India's tallest building as part of its ambitious Global City project Along Dwarka Expressway, in Gurgaon, a ₹10 lakh crore project featuring offices, hospitality, and public area.

Gurgaon continues to be a prime location for real estate investment, with new residential projects offering modern living and potential for high ROI. Projects like Emaar Serenity Hills in Sector 86, Indiabulls Heights in Sector 104, and Max Estates 361 in Sector 36A are noted for their strategic locations and innovative designs. Ongoing infrastructure development, including the Dwarka Expressway and metro system, is significantly boosting property demand.
