GMDA will conduct a drone survey across 42 villages to identify illegal constructions and encroachments, following the issuance of 250 notices to violators, with survey results matched against revenue records for further action. The Haryana government has approved the final alignment for the 64-km Gurugram–Faridabad–Noida–Greater Noida Namo Bharat RRTS-cum-Metro Corridor, a project aimed at enhancing regional connectivity across the National Capital Region. The Faridabad stretch, spanning approximately 16 km from Sainik Colony to Badshahpur, will integrate with the Delhi Metro Violet Line.

Residents of Kherki Daula and Manesar have filed petitions in city courts against the Municipal Corporation of Manesar (MCM) and other civic bodies, citing persistent issues such as pothole-ridden roads, overflowing sewage, chronic waterlogging, and traffic jams. The petitions request audits of road, sewage, and drainage system .
