May parts of the Shikrapur and a few of the by-lanes are prone to water logging issues which are sometimes challenging for the residents. But the road connectivity from Shikrapur and Pune Central is an exception with great transportation services of Bus and taxi services. As it is situated on key arterial roads the locality has high traffic and is kind of challenging during office hours.

Shikrapur is located on the outskirts of Pune and 38 km from the Centre of Pune city and is too far from the main city of Pune which makes it challenging to make a daily commute. The closest Railway station is 10 km and is sometimes a bit of an inconvenience. The place other than that is well planned with all the needful social amenities at your disposal and would cater to all your daily needs.
