This is a very good Locality. OMR very close near. Metro railway station nearby. Groundwater very good. Super location. Tata consultant company. Infosys, HCL. All nearby 3 kilometer, nearby only. AGS vivira Mall. CBSE school college all nearby 3kilometer only. Sholinganallur signal to 3.5 kilometer. Navalur Siruseri. 2.5 kilometer only. It is already well developed with good schools, colleges, hospitals, super markets,ATMs,stores, hotels and restaurants. It is well connected via public transportation, infrastructure is very strong and road are wide and well connected. The disadvantage of sholinganallur is mainly traffic jams. Then vegetables and grocery price is high when compared to other place.

This is a Nice Locality. It's Near to INFOSYS tech company in sholinganallur. Also schools like velammal are available. Within 500meter there is a ATM facility. With CCTV cameras fixed in all important exterior areas.Sholinganallur is known as an IT hub, with sleek offices and modern apartment complexes, plus a cluster of upscale Indian restaurants around Old Mahabalipuram Road.The disadvantage of sholinganallur mainly traffic jams.In my area, there will be more traffic often so that it causes high pollution
